The Garlic Press has been in business for over 12 years in Midland Texas, the past 7 of which I have been owner. Our goal is to bring the best in eclectic dining, fresh seafood, Black Angus certified steaks, over the top desserts and the best wine selection of any restaurant to Midland.
Executive Chef Chef Joshua with the assistance of Sous Chefs Michael Garcia and Angel Brito oversees the bustling kitchen and special events, from everything to private wine dinners and tastings to complete catering for the most discriminating customer.
Out front, General Manager Ryan Reeves, a well seasoned and dedicated employee for years; oversees every need and request for regular as well as first time guests.
We offer the best Midland has to offer in quaint, comfortable and intimate dining. With patio dining of our own, and also our dining fare can be had on the patio at The Hemingway, Midland’s foremost wine and cigar bar.
