Dining in the Dark is a unique culinary experience where guests enjoy a four-course meal with wine pairings while wearing a blindfold. 21+ only.

Dining in the Dark is an event you don't want to miss! Enjoy a four-course meal with wine pairings exclusively crafted by Master Chef Joshua Washburn at the Garlic Press. Guests are encouraged to wear a blindfold or vision impairment simulation glasses to bring awareness to those who are blind in West Texas. The pre-party includes drinks hand-crafted by The Blue Door. Bid at the silent auction and enjoy a special night benefitting The Recording Library of West Texas. The Recording Library provides audio to those with visual, physical, or learning impairments. Melvin Adams, former Globetrotter and motivational speaker will be hosting the event!

*Blindfolds or glasses are encouraged but not a requirement. This is a 21+ event.

*Tickets are non-refundable after Friday September 15th. We would appreciate your donation in an event that you have to cancel.

Whether the subject is making wise choices as a youth, or learning how to be an exceptional parent, wife or husband, you will find Melvin persuading all that he comes in contact with to become successful in every area of life.Melvin Adams played with the Harlem Globetrotters until he retired to do public speaking. He has had the privilege of speaking to over 4 million people world wide at school assemblies, corporate events, Upward Closing Ceremonies, mens’ groups, basketball clinics/camps, prisons and other youth events.
